Rick is by far the BEST software engineering tutor I have ever had, and I have trained under 5 different engineers. He goes above and beyond expectations and gives actionable insights as to how to improve my practical software engineering skill to rigorous production-grade industry standards. Rick has been great when it is to understanding my goals/questions and responds to them greatly. The async conversation over the chat was pretty quick and I have always got detailed responses, glad about that. Would recommend Rick to anyone looking out for help in interview preparation or system design specifically (system design has been the core of our conversation, but I am sure he would be a great resource for anything else too).
