If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.
This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.
I've been mentoring people for the last two years and I love it. I've helped people get their first software engineering job, build their CVs, guide them through their software careers, and consulted them on their work. <br><br>This session is a great way to meet each other or even establish a plan for our next steps.<br><br>If you are interested in a 1-1 mentoring session, please take a breath and think a bit about your main goals or concerns before jumping into this session so we can make the most out of it and prepare the ground accordingly.<br>
