I have around 12 experience in industry as well as 3 years hiring manager experience and more than 7 years interviewer experience for large companies like JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and various startups. I worked on Career Progression Framework and interview process in various companies.<br>I am also passionate about interviews and involved in interviewing candidates in open web platforms. I got interviewed and received offers from Big Tech companies, High Street banks and startups
