Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.
As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.
I've been interviewing candidates for Mid-level and Senior positions throughout my career. I've also hosted with Designers, Engineering Managers, and product owners/managers. If you are looking to test your skills and check which level you belong, this will be the right session for you.
How it works?
1. To make this as real as possible, I would ask you for a Github project that you did or if you need a technical assignment - I can hand it out for you. This will be our conversation starter - I will review the assignment or project and come up with questions
2. Next stage is when we meet and discuss the assignment. The interview would be a technical discussion
