I am a seasoned engineering leader with a strong background in software engineering with a demonstrated history of building high performing teams that develop hyperscale solutions in both consumer and enterprise space across different geographic markets. I have worked for startups, mid-size as well as large firms, which has given me well-rounded exposure to challenges faced by organizations at different stages of their growth cycle. I lead by enabling and firmly believe that people are the most important assets of any successful business. I enjoy helping others grow in their careers. I have been mentoring and advising software engineers, engineering managers, data scientists for almost a decade on a variety of topics like interviewing, promotions, team/org strategy, AI/ML, interpersonal situations, exceling in a new role, career transition, to name a few.
