I have over 24 years of experience in the tech and banking sectors, forming and leading data science teams, conceptualising and managing data projects of all sizes, designing innovative market research methodologies and offering data insights and strategy recommendations to the leading tech companies. A fun fact about my career is that ​​none of the roles I’ve undertaken throughout my career existed before me, and when I moved on, I left behind a thriving new business function.

I strive for thought leadership and have pioneered methodologies that have generated industry-wide acclaim in tech. As the VP of Research and Product Innovation at SlashData, I have designed research approaches trusted by the decision-makers in leading tech organisations.

I also have extensive experience as a mentor, both through building and nurturing successful data teams and by actively participating in third-party mentoring initiatives. With a proven history of delivering impactful webinars, training, and conference presentations, I am passionate about empowering others to navigate and excel in their careers.
