I’m Wojciech Wala, a passionate HR leader with a diverse background across global FMCG, IT, and FinTech sectors. Over the years, I have held pivotal roles at renowned organizations such as Project44, V2 Cloud Solutions, Revolut, Carlsberg A/S, Amazon, and Unilever.

At Project44, I executed global HR agendas for EMEA and APAC regions, managing the HR life-cycle for multiple countries and supporting a dynamic team. At V2 Cloud Solutions, I advised on strategic HR planning, established comprehensive policies, and ensured compliance across 14 countries. My time at Revolut saw me shape HR strategies for the CEE region, enhancing the employee experience for 1800 team members. At Carlsberg A/S, I led global HR projects, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. My roles at Amazon and Unilever involved partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence and manage large-scale operations.

In addition to my corporate experience, I run an HR company, moge.bo, specializing in providing flexible HR solutions for companies that want to streamline their HR functions. We offer services that cover everything from strategic HR planning and compliance to headhunting and HR analytics, ensuring that businesses can focus on their core activities without worrying about HR issues.
