My current position as Global Business Excellence Manager in a multinational company, with 20+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Project Management helps me to share my knowledge as a mentor and help others succeed. I love streamlining the processes but people should always come first, so I also love to share with my mentees all I know about building self-organizing teams, and improving relationships, networking, and facilitation within teams and across organizations.
