🏆 I am enthusiastic software engineer more than 8 years, but not only.
More than 7 years I am mentor (100+ students) and 2 years - lector (150+ students, 300+ hours of lecturing). Why did I spend so much time for these activities and still continue to do it? Only in case when you can explain something to people who knows it worth - you understand it on good level. So, it helps me be better everyday, keep my knowledge actual, help great people to be better.

Andrii is an amazing mentor. He is very dedicated, and sincerely wants his mentee to improve. He is quick to respond and responds in great detail, always trying his very best to make me understand the concepts or anything I asked him. He does thorough code reviews, and also has good knowledge about the best practices in software engineering, and he makes sure to point out wherever that is lacking in my code.
