Sara Brioschi

Hi! I'm Sara, from Switzerland 👋 I've been in HR for the first 9 years of my career, and then founded an HR subscription service for Startups.

Thanks to my roles, I reviewed thousands of resumes and hired hundreds of professionals at all seniority levels, with tech or business backgrounds. Not only that, but I also did a rapid career progression and managed small and big teams, in-person and remote. I learned how to have a big impact in a short amount of time, and have coached others to do the same by helping them develop a healthy high-growth mindset.

I mentor on career, leadership & development strategies for every profession + specific skills for HR professionals. My mentees are usually professionals with a few years of experience who are looking for growth and/or direction.
