Programming is my passion, I wrote my first websites when I was 14, I developed my first applications in high school, with C# and Windows Forms. Since then I'm constantly learning new technologies and working on my soft skills.

# 100% from the beginning

New applications from the first thought to the first release are my specialty. From a project and employee management, the booking platform of Galeria-Reisen, the app DGD Direkt for car experts to internally used apps of my customers, I have accompanied and implemented numerous projects.

# Mobile apps with Flutter, conception and implementation

Since 2019, I prefer to work with Flutter, a technology for mobile apps, desktop apps and web apps. I am passionate about the entire development process. I analyze the requirements for your app, work out features and lead the team in development if needed. In this process, Agile development and MVPs are always a part of it for me. I am happy to offer team leadership in social and technical areas as well as to integrate into an existing team. I also offer knowledge transfer in the area of Flutter and have so far trained over ten employees of my customers new to the technology.

# Clean Code and Communication

Work ethic always comes first for me. Clean code, forward-thinking solutions, and the best possible outcome for my clients are my focus. I believe in strong communication, regular feedback, open interaction and constant development in all areas.

I am friendly, open-minded and humor should never be missing in a positive work environment. It is very important to me to have fun together at work and to achieve excellent results together. In doing so, I like to think outside the box and prefer to learn something new rather than accept a half-baked solution.
