Erifili Gounari

My name is Erifili, I’m 24 years old and I’m the Founder and CEO of The Z Link, the first Gen Z-led social media agency that helps brands market to our generation of digital natives. In 2020, I was listed as Forbes 30 Under 30. I’m also Head of Social Media at SafetyWing, a fast-growing post-Series B startup (YC18) with almost 200 employees.

I started my company, The Z Link, at the age of 20 as a solo founder with no funding at all, and it has now grown to a team of over 20 talented people. We’ve worked with clients such as Deloitte and Hearst, collaborated with the United Nations, and launched a global community of over 18,000 members called the Gen Z Club.

I’m super passionate about helping other young ambitious people like myself to launch their own companies and grow them, and also to unlock incredible job opportunities using primarily personal branding!
