Rachael Maltiel Swenson

My experience comes from leading Analytics and Product Growth teams in big tech - Meta, Intuit, eBay, Pinterest, and Expedia. I've worked across product analytics, marketing analytics, and product growth. My strengths include tying analytics and data to strategy, product-led growth tactics, data communication, and people-oriented team leadership.

Recently, I've turned my focus to executive coaching. I work with leaders to develop with intentionality (skills, defining success, etc) to reach their career goals in ways that are congruent with their values and lives. My analytics background brings a unique angle to coaching - my clients tell me my analytical style can help them take the vast "data" of their lives and get to a clear perspective and action, as well as having a deep understanding of their day-to-day corporate experience.

I can work with mentees either in a coaching capacity (using questions and observations to help grow your awareness) or a mentorship/advising capacity, sharing more of my own experiences and ideas. I can help with career guidance, leadership approaches, data communication, analytics or growth advice, team building, influence, and other domains.
