Hi! I'm a senior product designer at Paramount. My degree is in cognitive science and I have certifications from Human Factors International in user experience design and research. I am also working on a Masters in Human-Centered Design which will be complete in 2024.
In my career I've worked in both research and design at large and small companies such as Meta, Philips and Progressive Insurance as well as freelance work. I am also a certified career coach and I enjoy helping people accomplish their dreams.

Tony has been an open-minded and supportive mentor. He demonstrated a keen understanding of the strategic direction required for my career pivot from Product to Design. He generously provided a wealth of resources, valuable insights, and numerous mock interview sessions, significantly enhancing my interview capabilities. Tony is a very systematic mentor and he really works on developing an actionable plan for your goals for your mentorship period. He was able to answer and expand on the majority of my questions. Specifically, building a workflow process, focusing in on different research methods or design skills based on my goals, going through portfolio & resume thoroughly, and question prep for job interviews, and assessing jobs I had bookmarked to see if I would be a good candidate. This experience is very much a get out what you put in, not complete hand-holding so make sure to come prepared with your own agenda of goals.

Session was cool. Very straightforward and to the point. He was also very flexible after I made the mistake of forgetting our appointment so we were able to to get this done.
