For this session, it is a good idea to know what you're looking to study, how deep you want to go, and when you want to reach that goal. Based on that, a mentor will come up with a detailed study plan.
I've helped people get their first job in software engineering with zero work experience. I guided them and provided them with resources based on their preferred role. I've helped people become both front-end and back-end engineers and directed people to develop their skills across their careers. In those sessions, we will lay out a plan (or review your own) on what to study regarding your career goal and needs.
